Chef de Partie

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant's standards Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with menu specifications and portion controls Support with menu development and contribute ideas for daily specials Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies Work efficiently to deliver excellent service during busy periods Train, mentor, and support junior kitchen staff as required Uphold a positive team culture, showing professionalism, reliability, and enthusiasm

About You

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up Passionate about fresh, quality food and great presentation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
