Position Requirements

A strong interest in a career as part of our hospitality Team. It is important that the candidates can demonstrate a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude within a very busy environment. Training will be provided. Calmness under pressure will be important. Excellent attention to detail and observational skills. The applicant must be eligible to Work in the UK and be fit and healthy to meet the demands of the role. Ability to produce excellent high-quality food. Team management skills. Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work. Team player qualities.

Main Duties

Assisting in the food preparation process. Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes. Preparing vegetables, meats and fish. Assisting other chefs of all levels. Helping with deliveries and restocking. Assisting with stock rotation/cleaning stations. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
