Job Summary


We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at our beautiful vineyard estate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique setting where the menu is built around seasonal produce grown on-site and sourced from nearby farms. As a CDP, you'll take ownership of kitchen sections and play a key role in delivering fresh, produce-driven dishes that reflect our connection to the land and surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities:



Run a designated sections of the kitchen to consistently high standards. Prepare and cook dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients grown on the estate and sourced from trusted local suppliers. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet our standards. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene. Assist with daily prep and contribute to menu development with creative, produce-led ideas. Communicate effectively with other chefs to ensure smooth service. Follow health and safety, food safety, and allergen protocols at all times. Help manage stock, reduce waste, and support sustainable kitchen practices. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Step in for the other chefs in their absence.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.

Solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
