This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who thrives in a professional kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering dishes of the highest quality. You'll work closely with our Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef, playing a key role in menu development, maintaining consistency, and ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects our high standards.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your section
Assisting with meat and fish preparation
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu creation and development
Upholding exceptional attention to detail and presentation
Helping to manage health & safety and food hygiene practices
Guiding and supporting junior kitchen team members
Managing stock rotation and ensuring correct labelling and storage
Keeping your section well-stocked and organised during service
Working effectively as part of a team and independently when required
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or in a similar role) is essential
A calm, professional and positive approach - even under pressure
Strong organisational skills and a team-player mentality
Genuine passion for cooking and a drive to progress within your career
