The Role
As a
Chef de Partie
, you will be a key player in our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. You'll work alongside an experienced team, receive excellent training, and have opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
Running a designated section of the kitchen efficiently and with precision
Assisting with menu development and contributing creative ideas
Maintaining strict food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served
Supporting junior team members and helping to train apprentices
Managing stock levels and ensuring minimal wastage
Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
What We're Looking For
A
hardworking, reliable, and passionate
chef who thrives in a busy environment
At least
1 year of experience
in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen
A strong understanding of
fresh, seasonal ingredients and classic cooking techniques
A positive attitude and a
willingness to learn and develop
The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards
A
team player
who can communicate effectively with colleagues
A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential)
