Noah's fish & chip restaurant and seafood kitchen is looking for dedicated and ambitious people to join their team. This role is created to cover a colleague who will be going into Maternity Leave, with a fixed term from January - October 2026 (10 months)

The Role

Award-winning Bristol restaurant Noah's is recruiting a Chef de Partie to be a key player in building a destination seafood restaurant for the UK. You'll be passionate about seafood and fish cookery and want to be part of a progressive team that works together to deliver the best possible hospitality to diners.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food.

This role is approximately 30-45 hours divided into 6-7 shifts per week, with a salary of 12.40 an hour plus tips, bringing it up to the advertised pay.
