Responsibilities



Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling practices are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Participate in catering events and banquets as required.

Skills



Proven experience in food production and cooking. Familiarity with dietary and allergen requirements. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
