The Pilgrim Hotel is a 21 Bedroom Hotel located on the edge of Hereford.

We have a thriving food trade and are looking to expand our team of Chefs.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Pilgrim Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in our restaurant operations by preparing high-quality meals for our guests. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellent food and service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed consistently. Assist in meal preparation and presentation to meet quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant environment. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
