Panache Catering is a well established catering company operating within a busy golf club. We provide high quality catering for members, guests, and a range of formal events, including weddings, black-tie dinners, and private parties.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Panache Catering in the beautiful setting of our private golf club. This role is vital in ensuring that our culinary offerings meet the high standards of quality and presentation that our clients expect.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for events. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent service during events, including plating and serving food as required

Qualification & skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment. Up-to-date Food Hygiene Certificate Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Previous restaurant experience is essential . Flexibility to work during events, including evenings and weekends.
