Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Haslem Group. This role is pivotal in delivering our culinary vision and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and effectively during service hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Assist in managing food inventory and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
Participate in menu development and special events as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and production.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
