As a chef de partie , you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members will be key to our success.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality Assist in menu planning and inventory management to ensure proper stock levels Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor food production processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Participate in catering events as required, ensuring high-quality service delivery Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and improve existing offerings Conduct regular inventory control checks to minimize waste and manage costs

Skills



Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and restaurant management Excellent culinary skills with a focus on presentation and quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus
