About the role
As Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. You'll take ownership of your section, help maintain excellent food safety standards, and play an active role in mentoring junior team members. You'll be comfortable working under pressure during busy service periods and will contribute to a smooth-running, supportive kitchen team.
