As a chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to perfection and served promptly to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate any needs to the kitchen manager.
Participate in training new kitchen staff as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
