As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary journey, contributing to the creation of exquisite dishes and ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with our talented culinary team to deliver exceptional breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Demonstrating finesse and expertise in high-pressure environments, maintaining composure during peak hours. Exhibiting a genuine passion for gastronomy, infusing creativity and innovation into every dish you prepare. Supervising and motivating a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and camaraderie. Overseeing stock levels and placing orders to ensure optimal inventory management within your section. Showcasing impeccable organisational and communication skills, facilitating smooth coordination between kitchen team members.

What you Need:

Proven experience in a similar culinary role, demonstrating mastery of kitchen operations. A keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of perfection in every culinary creation. A genuine passion for food, coupled with a drive to continuously hone your craft. The ability to lead by example, effectively supervising and guiding a small team to success. Strong organisational skills and effective communication abilities, essential for seamless teamwork.
