We're looking for a skilled, passionate, and collaborative Chef de Partie to join our team at The Orangery, our new innovative restaurant in Tottenham Court Road's vibrant culinary scene. You'll help craft exceptional seasonal dishes, working closely with produce grown in our on-site vertical farm.

Located near Tottenham Court Road Station, The Orangery is a bold new take on urban dining. At its heart is a vertical farm, seamlessly integrated into the space and supplying ultra-fresh, pesticide-free produce for our ever-changing menu.

The Orangery offers an immersive dining experience surrounded by the very produce that feeds into your menu. From breakfast through to dinner, we transform seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients into refined dishes that showcase the day's harvest. Our commitment to sustainable cuisine comes to life through our on-site vertical farming, creating a truly unique farm-to-table experience in the heart of London.

About the Role

7:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Saturday:

12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of your section, ensuring quality, consistency, and precision at every service Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our seasonal, farm-to-table concept Champion the use of ultra-fresh, sustainably grown ingredients from our vertical farm Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade and front-of-house to create exceptional guest experiences Support the Head and Sous Chef with menu development and daily kitchen operations

What You'll Bring
