As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen brigade, ensuring the smooth operation of your section and contributing to the overall success of our culinary offerings.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring each dish meets our high standards. Supervising and mentoring a small team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Demonstrating excellent attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory. Upholding strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with regulations. Collaborating with the Head Chef and other team members to create innovative and enticing menu items. Maintaining organisational and communication skills to effectively manage your section during busy service periods.

What you Need:

Proven experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment. A genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational and communication skills. The ability to work well within a team and lead by example. A commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to learn and grow.
