We are currently seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our teams at Nico's, a high end classical Italian restaurant celebrated for its warm, exclusive ambience and dedicated to using the freshest and finest Italian ingredients available

Working hours:

Rota basis - 7 shifts a week. 4 day working week between Tuesday-Sunday Club Closure on Bank Holidays and throughout the Christmas period

Monitoring and maintaining high standards across all stages of food preparation and presentation Incorporate and work with freshest seasonal ingredients to support culinary excellence Strong team player with consistent service standards Maintain high health & safety hygiene standards
