We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook / CDP to join our POP UP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a short menu of 4 items for our WinterWonderland Pop Up Restaurant.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipe
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts
Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards diligently
Support the kitchen team during busy periods, ensuring timely service
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or needs to management
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Assist with cleaning duties at the end of each shift, including equipment and work surfaces
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant environment
Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation processes
Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Previous kitchen experience is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
