, this role is essential in ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to take ownership of their section.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes within your section to established recipes, quality, and presentation standards. Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner to support smooth service. Take responsibility for the organisation and efficiency of your station. Assist with ingredient preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of your section in line with food safety regulations. Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Monitor stock levels in your section and report shortages to management. Support the training and development of junior staff when required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Chef de Partie

or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Excellent organisational skills and ability to run a section efficiently. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Positive team player with strong communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Culinary qualifications or relevant training are advantageous but not essential.

Pay: From 15.00 per hour
