We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and teamwork. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a specific section of the kitchen with autonomy and precision.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development and daily specials.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols.
Monitor portion control and reduce food waste.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally 2 years in a similar role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Formal culinary training or relevant NVQ qualifications preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and allergen awareness.
Tips are also roughly 5000 a year, on top of your salary.
