We are an award-winning boutique hotel, situated along the Jurassic Coast, overlooking Lyme Bay and the famous Cobb harbour.

Our menus from breakfast through to dinner use seasonal and local produce and imagination, whether it's a light lunch on the terrace, afternoon tea in the Orangery or a private candle light tasting menu in our Lookout Tower.

You will be required to:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate and care for kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean section whilst adhering to health & safety standards Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
