As Head Chef your role will include:
Hands on training and support to the kitchen team
Menu planning and implementing new menu ideas
Overseeing the smooth operations within the kitchen
Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness at all times and ensuing health and safety procedures and documents are current and in order
Ensuring all financial requirements are met such as stock takes etc
