Chef de Partie / Line Cook

to join our friendly, growing team.

Responsibilities

Assist the Chefs / Cooks in managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality standards are met. Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications while maintaining consistency. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support during food preparation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with the team to create new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
