We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced brunch restaurant environment. As a CDP, you will play a vital role in upholding the standards amongst our small team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to our spec
Assist with prep and cleaning jobs
Maintain appropriate hygiene and food safety standards
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cook in a fast paced food setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
MUST HAVE level 2 food certificate
We are a daytime only venue so you must be willing to work during the day and on the weekends. There are no late finishes as food service ends at 4pm.
