We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Porta Tapas, West Didsbury.

Our newly opened restaurant is located on Lapwing Lane, just off Burton Road. It is a very busy, vibrant area and has a lively community with lots of great shops, restaurants and bars. We have had such a busy start that we want to add another chef into our fantastic team.

The role comes with good hours, good pay (up to 29,000), and good tips (at our other sites, full time staff earn 6-8000 tips per year).

You will be respected and valued as an important member of our team. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, positive workplace.

Part of a small team a small team (approx. 6 chefs), the role will suit an experienced chef who enjoys a fast paced kitchen and the buzz of a busy service.

Knowledge of Spanish cuisine is an advantage, but not essential - training will be provided.

Inspired by the lively, bustling atmosphere of our favourite tapas bars across Spain. Our focus is on simplicity and informality as well as amazing food and drink.

The menu represents many tapas bar classics, with additional daily specials. Our team of chefs prepare everything from scratch using top-quality ingredients imported from some of the very best producers in Spain.

We are hands-on operators, who are passionate about creating an enjoyable place to work.
