We are looking for a Chef de Partie?to join the passionate back of house team at Bread Street Kitchen - The City.

Bread Street Kitchen & Bar - The City, just minutes from Moorgate, Liverpool Street and Finsbury Circus.

Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is an all-day dining restaurant that brings a distinct New York loft feel to the City of London. It showcases the very best of Gordon's signature dishes; from his world-famous Beef Wellington experience and Himalayan salt dry-aged Rare Breed beef from the wood-fired grill. Renowned for its electric atmosphere, the bar is a destination in its own right

Working from Monday until Friday, weekends off.

What you do as a Chef de Partie:

You pride yourself on running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes, taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences You are confident in managing, training and passing on your Chef de Partie knowledge to the more junior members of the team You naturally enjoy building rapport with others You are eager to learn and you always push yourself to develop as a Chef de Partie You are keen to use your great cooking, organisational and time management skills, energy, confidence and passion for food to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved.
