Your Role:

As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and creativity across all plates.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within your section. Maintain a clean and organized station, following food hygiene and safety regulations. Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods. Support junior kitchen staff with training and guidance. Collaborate with senior chefs to develop new menu items and daily specials.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to step up. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. Good communication and organisational skills. A positive, can-do attitude and a team-focused mindset.
