Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Timble Inn. This role is essential in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to culinary excellence. Located in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, you will be part of a passionate team that feels like family.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed diligently.

Salary

30,000.00 +

TIPS (ca. 3-4k p/a)

Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Passion for culinary arts with an eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
