We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires a strong understanding of food preparation techniques, culinary skills, and a commitment to food safety standards. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food is served. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Help with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Participate in the training of new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and culinary practices. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
