About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate
part time
Chef de Partie
who loves food, is eager to grow, and ready to bring fresh energy and ideas to the team. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential -- what matters most is your drive to learn and contribute. You'll be part of a strong brigade in a supportive, forward-thinking kitchen where quality and collaboration come first.
What You'll Learn and Do:
Execute and refine traditional and modern cooking techniques
Brine, cure, pickle, and smoke in-house
Whole-animal butchery and fish preparation
Pastry, bread, and dairy production
Contribute ideas to seasonal menu development
