Hurlston Hall Estate are seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie for our Scullery Restaurant. This important role will support the kitchen team in the day-to-day running of the Scullery kitchen, ensuring a consistent high standard of product and service.
The key responsibilities include:
To give support to the kitchen team, in all matters relating to the Kitchen.
To ensure that all company Health, Safety and Food Hygiene procedures are strictly adhered to.
To work in an efficient and timely manner to assist the team in meeting company standards for front of house, bar and restaurant food.
To carry out all duties as directed by the Head Chef and to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and personal qualities:
At least 2 years experience within quality catering establishments
Previous experience within a role as Chef de Partie
Certificates and qualifications in relation to food preparation and health and safety
Hours as required, flexible
Committed and hardworking
The position is fulltime and comes with an excellent salary of up to 28,000 and a range of company benefits.
