Chef de Partie - Shetland

Location: Shetland Pay: 14.42 per hour Hours: 73.5 per week Shift Pattern: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off Life in Shetland

What you'll do


+ Prepare and cook meals for 400+ employees
+ Lead food preparation in your section
+ Support menu planning, ordering, and compliance records
+ Train, guide, and develop team members
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
+ Deliver excellent customer service
+ Assist the Head Chef with stock ordering and paperwork
+ Follow all HSE standards at all times
What you bring

?

Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen

?

NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential)

+ Experience in menu planning and food production
+ Exposure to large-scale or bulk catering
+ A hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
