We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade at Bardo St. James, a premium Italian restaurant in Central London, reopening in October 2025.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of excellence. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.

What You'll Do:
Run your own section during evening service only
Assist other sections during preparation when needed
Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
Work as part of a dedicated and supportive team
