Chef De Partie
Job Description
Looking for a keen and hard working Chef de Partie to join us here at Hagley Golf Club. We provide a range of food styles for our Members' Bar, Sunday Lunch, Function Suites, Cafe and Stately Home.
You will help to develop our food and drink experience by continually improving and delivering excellence through leading by example.
In this role you will have the chance to learn new skills and progress your management and leadership abilities while working with a team. We cook everything from scratch unlike many of the chains and other establishments in the area. If you like creating and presenting dishes properly then we are the employer for you.
Educated NVQ level 2 or above in Professional Cookery.
At least 2 years experience in the kitchen.
Be customer focused to provide an excellent service.

Assisting in the food preparation process Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes Preparing vegetables, meats and fish Assisting other Chefs Helping with deliveries and restocking Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
The hours are over a seven day rota with the rest of the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Stourbridge DY9 9JL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
