Chef de Partie temporary Feb onwards

The Gog Magog Golf Club are looking to hire a full time Chef on a temporary contract to join our friendly team whilst we have a team member away for a pre planned operation. it is expected this temporary role to last for approximately 3 to 4 months, possibly a little longer.

We are located on the southeast edge of Cambridge, in 400 aches of beautiful parkland, with a large clubhouse and a modern kitchen environment.

The successful applicant will be joining our small but supportive team, responsible for all aspects of service and preparation.

We provide constantly evolving menus for our large membership and visiting parties, so no two days are ever the same.

The kitchen working hours are very favorable for this industry, generally a 9-5 shift or 11-7. Occasionally we may host a late evening function or early morning breakfast, where the rotas will be staggered to accommodate this.

Flexible working days as the rotas are drawn up weekly in advance.
