We pride ourselves on our Seasonally changing 1 Rosette Menu comprised of Yorkshire produce cooked fresh. We have the beautiful produce being delivered from 5 minutes away from our Kitchen Garden at Mount St John. We have a talented team of Chefs in place and are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team to help us achieve our goal of receiving 2 rosette within the next 6 months.
We are offering a competitive package -
- Salary range of 31,000 to 32,000
- Tips split equally between all members of the team using TiPJAR app which allows weekly or monthly access to tips. We average 2.50+ per hour worked
- 28 days holiday, pro rata
- 48 Hour working week with flexible shift patterns available
- Currently maintaining 1 Rosette Standards and from September pushing to achieve 2 Rosettes and Michelin Guide Recommendation
- Opportunity to cater at our Private Lodge located near by cooking for a variety of guests
- Live in accommodation available if required
