Twelve Restaurant & Lounge Bar is a Michelin Bib Gourmand| 2 AA rosette awarded venue, the restaurant delivers a refined British menu made of carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients, all served by our warm, friendly and hospitable award-winning team. We also operate a busy outside catering events business which is based at the same location, contracts include high end wedding venues and some of the most iconic venues in Lancashire.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic
Chef
to be a key part of our dedicated team. You will be working in a professional, friendly, family run business, with training and development opportunities and great benefits.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service and be able to work in a small team.
Requirements
2 years' experience in a Chef position using fresh ingredients is required
Clear communication skills
Ability to deliver high standards consistently
Outstanding attention to detail
High standards of health and hygiene
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
Strong work ethic and desire to progress
Responsibilities
Day to day preparation and service, reporting directly to the Head Chef
The ability to work with our allergens policy and kitchen management package
Working alongside the Head Chef and management team to deliver the high standards of cleanliness by following daily cleaning procedures
