2 Rosette Kitchen,

with an aspiration to obtain a 3rd rosette. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our guests. You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help in the training of new kitchen staff as required. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including knives, ovens, grills, and fryers. Understanding of food safety standards and best practices in a restaurant environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen. Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
