Overview:

The Durham Ox, Shrewley is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our experienced team! You will assist the Head Chef and the Sous Chef in ensuring all food is correctly prepared and presented to customers to the correct standards and quality. Delivering excellent customer service will be second nature to you and you will pride yourself on creating and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

A team player is a must with a can-do attitude!

The Role:

Preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes to spec by the Group Executive Chef. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to complete a full food service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Helping to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment. Upholding current and future Health & Safety legislation. Providing an outstanding customer experience to our guests.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience of working as a Chef De Partie in a busy kitchen Great understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Level 2 in Food Safety. A key for presentation. Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative without ongoing direct supervision. Right to work in the UK.
