Entier Ltd are currently recruiting for a

Chef De Partie

to join our growing Entier global family. This role will be based at our Westhill production kitchen.

The hours of work for this position are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm.

As a Chef, you will provide a high standard of catering, working in line with our company standards and values. You will ensure a hygienic environment for food preparation and service, ensuring daily/monthly due diligence records are kept up to date. You will also need to manage and comply to HACCP and COSHH regulations.

Main responsibilities of the role are:

To promote Entier and act as an Entier Ambassador representing the Company's Vision and Values at all times. To prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant manner. Be responsible for producing the food on time to deliver. To cook on a daily basis at our production kitchen in Westhill, as part of a team. To have a creative flair towards cooking. Adhere to all allergen legislation and to be due diligent in this area as cooking for vulnerable groups. To be involved in the development of menu items. Manage and rotate stock to ensure food safety and minimum wastage. Assist all aspects of the kitchen including buffets and events. Ensure that standards relating to food and cleaning services are maintained at all times.

We offer an excellent starting salary of 30,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate must hold a catering skill or qualification, have a passion for cooking, be enthusiastic and have previous experience of working in a busy fast paced environment while delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
