Job Description

Winchester Auto Barn's new venue is looking to employ a Chef de Partie. Winchester Auto Barn is situated just outside Stockbridge the venue will be catering for breakfasts, lunches and events.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Maintaining high standards of hygiene Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
You will require:

Good knowledge and background with fresh food Be a good kitchen team player Able to follow food safety and hygiene standards Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to

Due to our rural location you will need to have your own transport. There is no public transport.
