We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a genuine love for food preparation and presentation. As a CDP, you will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards while ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and upholding food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety protocols.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
A culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred but not essential.
