As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering exceptional food, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to exceed customer expectations and maintain the high standards of our food service.

The Role


Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company and statutory standards, following set recipes and production plans. Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and operational efficiency. Ensure all food production complies with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Hygiene regulations. Support day-to-day food service across restaurant, hospitality, and special function operations on-site (and other locations if required). Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including storage areas, fridges, and freezers. Monitor stock levels and ensure proper stock control and rotation to minimise waste and maximise freshness. Serve customers courteously and efficiently, providing a friendly and helpful service. Undertake training and attend meetings as required for personal and professional development.

About You


Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar chef role is required. Sound knowledge of food safety procedures, including COSHH and Manual Handling. Clean, well-presented, and professional in appearance and behaviour. A team player with a positive, pleasant, and engaging attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to learn and develop through on-the-job training and formal courses.
