The role is 7 shifts and approximately 45 hours a week, with an approximate salary package of 40,000 per year, including tips.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook the best of British seafood dishes to the head chef's standards. Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed in the kitchen. Assist in meal preparation and manage food inventory efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during service. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills.
