We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team in a traditional pub & restaurant setting. This is the perfect role for a proven commis chef or Chef de Partie who wants to expand their knowledge and take the next step in their career with the possibility to progress through the ranks of our kitchen.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the Head Chef
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie, Commis or similar role within a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
