Job Description

We are a busy idillic village pub looking to add a new chef to join our team

We have a very good reputation for food & service and are looking for someone from a similar style pub/restaurant.

30,000 a 35,000 depending on experience.

approximately 8500 + tips a year on top of salary.

43-45 hours a week over three split shifts, two either early or late shifts.

the candidate needs previous experience in a professional kitchen of a similar standard, who has ambition, is positive and shows initiative.

We prepare all our menu from scratch .

Quality Control: Ensuring that dishes leaving their station are of high quality and meet presentation standards.

Stock Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels for their section, including ordering supplies when needed.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping their station clean, organised, and following sanitation standards.

25% staff discount

Applicant must be able to drive as we are a village location .

We do not have any live in accommodation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
