The Role
As a Chef de Pass, you will:
Act as the key link between the kitchen and front of house, ensuring smooth service flow
Maintain control of the pass during service, ensuring dishes meet quality presentation and timing standards
Communicate clearly with chefs and service teams to manage orders and priorities
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in delivering a consistent and high standard of service

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality or luxury hospitality environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
A high level of attention to detail and pride in food presentation
A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility during service
A commitment to food safety, hygiene and brand standards
Key Responsibilities
Manage the pass during service, ensuring accuracy, consistency and flow
Coordinate effectively with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
Monitor dish quality, temperature presentation and timing before release
Support the kitchen organisation during busy services and service preparation
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company standards at all times
