Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a positive dining experience. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency in quality. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, following health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Assist in training new staff members on food preparation techniques and customer service standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash management practices are followed.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with a focus on fast food or restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques, including cooking, food handling, and menu planning. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Leadership qualities with experience in supervising or managing shifts is a plus. Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures is advantageous. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service is essential.
