Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards. Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations. Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas. Practice food safety and hygiene protocols at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic maths for processing payments. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages as necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or a culinary role is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required within the kitchen environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.44-15.14 per hour
