Key Responsibilities

You will rotate through the different sections of the kitchen and support and assist the senior chefs in bringing the recipes to life.

Person Specification

Experience as a Chef in a fresh food environment. Strong cooking skills with excellent attention to detail. NVQ in Food Preparation and a great passion for cooking and food. Confident communicator - important to liaise with other team members both front and back of house. Ability to manage your own time. Organised, calm and professional during service.
